Tuzla, Romania – April 29, 2024 – Tuzla Airport proudly announces the successful implementation and commencement of operations of the INVOLI/ANSART integrated air traffic management (ATM) system, featuring advanced Voice Communication System (VCS) and a combined ADS-B & MLAT surveillance system. Awarded in late 2023, this pivotal project was delivered in an impressive four-month timeframe, demonstrating the efficiency and dedication of all parties involved to enhance airspace safety and operational efficacy at one of Romania’s pivotal air traffic hubs.
This collaboration comes on the heels of INVOLI and ANSART's recent partnership announcement, highlighting their commitment to revolutionizing local and regional airspace management. This new system at Tuzla Airport is proof of their innovative approach and strong value proposition, designed to support the Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) certification that Tuzla Airport is actively pursuing.
The decision to integrate INVOLI and ANSART’s solution underscores Tuzla Airport's strategy to adopt modern, yet affordable, technologies to enhance their air traffic management capabilities.
