Editing the account
The new account in INVOLI.live can be now created by a user. As the login, a valid email address should be used. For security reasons it is recommended to change the password from time to time or when there is a risk that it was disclosed or taken over by someone.
Editing personal data
Press the 
icon to open the available options:
Select "User Name" to add or edit your personal data. All fields are optional and editable, except "Organization name" and "Email", which is the email address used to create the account.
Changing the password
To change the password, select the "change password" option at the bottom of the "Your account" page.
Provide the old password, and write a new one twice, to confirm.
ADVICE: In case the old password is lost, it is possible to use the reset password option on the login page. User will receive the instructions to reset your password to his registered email address. If the registration email address is forgotten, please contact support@involi.com. |
