Error Codes Description
The response may include an error code while using the Traffic API. The table below describes the errors and how to avoid them.

200 |
Normal situation: The server successfully handled the information sent by the client and responded with data. Abnormal situation: If the response is arriving but contains no data, please verify whether your geographical restriction area includes any receivers. If it does, reach out to INVOLI support for further assistance, as the receiver may be disconnected or experiencing other issues.s. |
429 | Problem: This notification will be sent if the request rate surpasses the allowed limit for this endpoint. Solution: Decrease the request frequency, or if the requests are made from diverse geographical locations or different servers, ask INVOLI for support. |
400 | Bad request - caused by aproblem on the client side. It can be invalid syntax, missing parameters, or bad formatting. Please try to resolve it on the client side. |
401 | Unauthorized request. The credentials can be invalid, expired, or malformed. |
403 | The user lacks the necessary permissions to access the specified resource. For further assistance, please reach out to INVOLI support. |
404 | The server could not find the requested resource or endpoint. Solution: Please check the URL. If it's correct, please get in touch with INVOLI support. |
