Troubleshooting G-1090 connectivity


If the G-1090 can not connect to the Internet, the status LED will blink green. After the Internet connection is established, the LED will start blinking blue, which means that the GPS is not fixed. After a while, the LED should turn green with short blue flashes. Missing connectivity and lack of GPS fix will cause the receiver not to appear online in the INVOLI.live web interface. 

There might be several issues with the network connection. Please try the following:

  • Try to ping the IP address of the G-1090. It obtains an IP address from a DHCP server if available in the network. Otherwise, it will fall to a default IP address (192.168.123.123/24)
     
  • Verify that all relevant outgoing connections from within the network are allowed and not blocked by any firewall. The following ports need to be open for outgoing connections:
    • 23452/udp
    • 18883/tcp
    • 443/tcp
    • 80/tcp
    • 5959-5970/udp
    • 10000-40000/udp
    • 123/tcp
    • 1514/tcp
    • 1194/udp
